Evaluation of polypectomy quality indicators of large, nonpedunculated colorectal polyps in a nonexpert, bowel cancer screening cohort In conclusion, in this Dutch screening program cohort it was shown that quality parameters for endoscopic resection of LNPCPs are not reached, especially in ≥30mm polyps. Endoscopic resection of large polyps could benefit from additional training, quality monitoring, and centralization, either within or between centres.
